1.PTFE has extremely strong chemical stability and can resist almost all strong acids, bases, organic solvents, and oxidants including concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, aqua regia, sodium hydroxide, etc.
2.PTFE has an extremely wide working temperature range and can be used for a long time between -200 ºC and 260 ºC, while maintaining stable physical and chemical properties at high temperatures.
3.The friction coefficient of PTFE is the lowest among known solid materials (about 0.04), and it has good self-lubricating properties. This characteristic makes it perform well in situations where oil-free lubrication or low friction is required. It is commonly used in the manufacture of mechanical components such as bearings, sliders, seals, and guides, which can significantly reduce wear, extend service life, and reduce energy consumption.
4.PTFE has extremely high insulation resistance and dielectric strength, with extremely low dielectric constant and dielectric loss and can maintain stable electrical performance in high-frequency and high-voltage environments.
5.PTFE material has become an irreplaceable high-performance material in the industrial field due to its four advantages: chemical corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, low friction coefficient and self-lubricating properties and excellent electrical insulation performance.
